「點心茶樓 Dim Sum Tycoon」（下稱「本遊戲」）由個人開發者 Chi Yin So（下稱「我們」）開發。本政策說明本遊戲如何處理你的資料。
1. 我們自己收集的資料
我們不會收集你的姓名、電郵、位置或任何可識別個人身份的資料，亦沒有帳戶系統或伺服器。遊戲進度（金錢、等級、任務、成就等）只會儲存喺你裝置本機（iOS UserDefaults），刪除本遊戲即會一併刪除。
2. 廣告（Google AdMob）
本遊戲使用 Google AdMob 顯示橫額、插頁及獎勵廣告。AdMob 可能會收集以下資料以提供及衡量廣告：
- 裝置識別碼，包括廣告識別碼（IDFA，只會喺你透過 iOS「允許追蹤」同意後使用）
- 大約位置（由 IP 地址推算）
- 廣告互動資料、當機及效能診斷資料
首次開啟時，如你所在地區需要（例如歐洲經濟區、英國），會先顯示 Google 的同意書；之後會顯示 iOS 的「App 追蹤透明度」提示。你隨時可以喺 iPhone「設定 → 私隱與安全性 → 追蹤」更改，或喺遊戲「設定 → 廣告私隱設定」重新選擇。拒絕追蹤後，你仍然可以正常玩遊戲，只會看到非個人化廣告。

3. App 內購買（VIP 貴賓廳）
購買由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。我們不會接觸或儲存你的付款資料，只會從 Apple 收到「你是否已購買」的確認，用嚟移除廣告。
4. 兒童
本遊戲並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
5. 資料保留及刪除
由於我們沒有伺服器，我們並無保存你的任何資料。你可以喺「設定 → 重新開始遊戲」清除進度，或直接刪除本遊戲。AdMob 所收集的資料受 Google 的私隱政策規管。
6. 政策更新
如本政策有更改，我們會更新本頁及「最後更新」日期。

Dim Sum Tycoon (“the game”) is developed by independent developer Chi Yin So (“we”). This policy explains how the game handles your data.
1. Data we collect ourselves
We do not collect your name, email, location or any personally identifiable information. There are no accounts and no servers. Your game progress is stored only on your device (iOS UserDefaults) and is deleted when you delete the game.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA, used only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt)
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Ad interaction data, and crash and performance diagnostics
Where required by law (for example in the EEA and the UK), Google’s consent form appears on first launch, followed by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or in the game under Settings → 廣告私隱設定 (Ad privacy settings). If you decline, the game works normally with non-personalised ads.

3. In-app purchase (VIP 貴賓廳)
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive confirmation from Apple that the purchase is active, which removes ads.
4. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep no data about you because we have no servers. You can wipe progress in Settings → 重新開始遊戲 (Restart game) or delete the app. Data collected by AdMob is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
6. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the “last updated” date.
